What shipping options do you have?
We offer three services of shipping, Royal Mail 2nd Class is free of charge to all UK orders. If you wish to upgrade this is shown at checkout as an option for £1.49, this option will be sent out Royal Mail 1st Class. We also offer a DHL option for £5.90 if you need your order even quicker.

How do I know what size to order?
All of our sizing can be found on our Sizes page. We recommend using a measuring tape in order to find the perfect fit for your pup.
What if the size I've ordered doesn't fit?
You will be able to exchange this for a different size, in this case you will need to pay for shipment back to us and then once received and checked that it is in its original condition we will ship out your correct size to you.
What if I have changed my mind?
You may cancel your order, please contact us as soon after the order that you can if you change your mind for any reason.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund you. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancelation and refund. This will go to the same method of payment that you used to make the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to be shown in your account. This may also depend on your bank.
If the item has already been dispatched and is on its way to you, unfortunately, you will be liable for the return cost should you still wish to receive a refund as this will be classed as customer remorse (changing your mind) as referenced in the above information. We will be happy to process this for you provided the item is returned in the same condition in which you received it.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You may try on to check size but it must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging when we receive it.
