Return Policy -
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help sort this out for you.
How to start a return:
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dogdigs.store or use our contact form.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You may try on to check size but it must be unused, with tags, and in its original condition when we receive it.
We will confirm that we have received your request and give you instructions on how and where to send your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please take photographs of the damaged item/s and send them to us via our email hello@dogdigs.store so we are able to provide the next steps to rectify this for you. We will provide a replacement at no cost to you if this has been damaged in transit or has arrived faulty. We will then pay for postage for the item/s back to us.
If an item is faulty or breaks within 30 days you can also get in contact with us for an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want if you have ordered the wrong size is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be liable for the cost of return shipping in this case. If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of shipment back to us.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You should allow 3-5 business days to receive the amount back onto the same method of payment which you purchased the order on. This timing may also depend on your bank.
Canceling an order
You may cancel your order, please contact us as soon after the order that you can if you change your mind for any reason.
If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund you. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancelation and refund. This will go to the same method of payment that you used to make the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to be shown in your account. This may also depend on your bank.
If the item has already been dispatched and is on its way to you, unfortunately, you will be liable for the return cost should you still wish to receive a refund as this will be classed as customer remorse (changing your mind) as referenced in the above information. We will be happy to process this for you provided the item is returned in the same condition in which you received it.
